Sound Landscape Exposure
Passive listening focused on rhythm, pitch, and flow.
The H‑PNS 6‑Step goes beyond traditional learning; it treats language as human nature—so progress feels natural, not forced. Through ListenKorean’s context‑specific tracks, your Korean skills stay anchored in excellence.
Passive listening focused on rhythm, pitch, and flow.
Write what you hear, then compare with Hangul.
Immediate repetition to stabilize pronunciation.
Visualize Hangul as you listen—sound becomes script internally.
Assemble syllables with hands (cards/blocks) to lock structure.
Bidirectional decoding between phoneme cues and Hangul.
Language is not acquired by sitting still and memorizing rules. It is absorbed through repeated contact with real sound, real rhythm, and real situations. That is why this system is designed to follow your movement: before you leave, while you travel, and after you arrive.
For travelers planning a Korea trip. Build sound awareness and decoding readiness before arrival.
For people who want to experience Korean daily life. Apply and train on-site for fast stabilization.
CKSP is the certification framework developed by the ListenKorean Research Institute to assess practical readiness in Korean reading and listening. It evaluates whether learners can access real Korean text and audio without resistance, rather than measuring memorization or grammatical knowledge.
Detailed information and certification procedures are provided on the dedicated CKSP page.
‘ListenKorean’ is a research-driven institute dedicated to designing and operating Language Access Systems for Korean. Our mission is to make Korean readable and understandable before formal study begins, so learners can engage with real language without resistance.
At the center of our work is the H-PNS 6-Step. Based on this core system, we design curricula, learning tools, web applications, and assessment frameworks that support learners across different stages and environments.
We operate region-specific platforms, including our Japan and Arab sites, where the same core system is adapted to different linguistic and cultural contexts. All materials, tools, and programs are centrally designed and governed by the Headquarters.
Our goal is not only to teach Korean, but to reshape how Korean is accessed globally. By enabling learners to read and listen with confidence, Korean becomes usable for study, work, and everyday life.
